Mary E. Desmond

Rye Brook, New York

Mary E. Desmond joined N.W. Bernstein & Associates in 2015 with over a decade of litigation experience, primarily in the areas of toxic tort, product liability, and electronic discovery.  Her past work included successfully defending a Fortune 100 company against hundreds of personal injury, medical monitoring, and property damage claims relating to groundwater contamination, workplace exposures, and vapor intrusion. In 2013, Mary took time off from her practice to raise her young children. During this time, she earned a LL.M. in Environmental Law, graduating summa cum laude, to further develop her expertise and stay current with developments in environmental law.
