Mr. Willinger has negotiated mortgage loan financings, sale/leaseback transactions, and major office leases and subleases, working closely with architects and contractors.

He has represented numerous tenants in negotiation of commercial, office lease, and shopping center leases throughout the country. Often, these lease agreements have involved extensive leasehold improvements and complex construction issues. Attorney Willinger has extensive experience in the area of cooperative corporations and condominiums, and has represented a number of purchasers of units in New York City.
